Neighbors told Action News Jax Johnson has two children, but they often saw her with other kids.

Joyce Tracey said she was shocked and disturbed when she learned of the arrest.

"I'd like to know what was going on," Tracey said. "I have my grandbabies and we're like kitty-cornered across the street from them."

Action News Jax obtained the arrest warrant that said the victim is less than the age of 12.

The warrant said Johnson had knowledge a child was being abused and failed to report it to law enforcement.

The document said in a text message to a friend, Johnson wrote, "I'm probably going to jail for not reporting it."
