Jacksonville police conduct another prostitution sting, this time in Brentwood; 7 men arrested

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Citizen complaints prompted the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office to conduct a prostitution sting in Brentwood on Tuesday.

According to arrest reports, JSO’s vice unit went to the 3100 block of Main Street, with an undercover officer posing as a prostitute.


When the officer was approached, a takedown signal was given and a total of seven suspects were arrested.

JSO conducted a similar sting operation on Monday on Philips Highway. Seven men were arrested in that sting as well.

The following men were arrested Tuesday on charges of soliciting prostitution:

  • Herbert Black, 78
  • Philip Clairmont, 42
  • Phillip McClarrin, 45
  • Travis Stubbs Sr., 45
  • Jerome Braxton, 58
  • Ahmaury McCrimager, 27
  • Nathaniel Belvin Jr., 32
