JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said it is investigating two crime scenes connected to a shooting that happened Saturday night.
Police responded around 8:20 p.m. after getting reports of shots fired at West 45th Street and Moncrief Road and West 44th Street and Avenue B.
When officers arrived, they found multiple crime scenes and that a man in his mid 20s had been shot at the Hilltop Village Apartments.
The man was taken to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
