Police are investigating a Saturday crash involving an officer in the Harborview section of Jacksonville.
At about 4:23 p.m., an officer was on the way to a call about a traffic crash and had made a left turn on Gibson Avenue.

A Chevrolet Camaro was westbound on Soutel Drive when it hit the patrol car at the intersection of Soutel Drive and Gibson Avenue.
The two adults and 4-year-old child in the Camaro were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The police officer was also taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
While the Camero passengers have minor injuries, the driver has serious injuries, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
