An officer was taken the hospital with minor injuries after being involved in a crash near Monument Road and Regency Square Boulevard on Thursday night.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the crash happened at 9:15 p.m.
JSO's traffic homicide unit is investigating the crash and has not yet determined who was at fault in the crash.
Alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the crash and no other injuries were reported, JSO said.
