Jacksonville Zoo looking for teen volunteers in its ZooTeens! program

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — ZooTeen! applications are now open!

Students between the ages of 13 (if they’ve completed grade 8) and 17 years old are welcome to apply. In the ZooTeens! program, student volunteers will learn about animals and conservation while gaining more than 100 hours of volunteer service.

This program builds self-confidence, leadership and public speaking skills, helping to prepare them for their future. Plus, they’ll get unforgettable behind-the-scenes experiences, meet new people and make lasting memories!

Applications are only available once a year. Apply now and get ready for a summer of fun!
