Jaxon Social, the Jacksonville Beach restaurant that was beset by a roach problem will not reopen.
The restaurant had been closed for nearly two weeks after it was shut down due to roach infestation.
The owners had previously said that they were going to try to reopen on July 28, but were unable to do so.
The story of the roach-plagued restaurant made national news with outlets such as Fox News and the New York Post picking up the story.
The restaurant is accused of trying to cover up a large yellow sign announcing that it was closed due to technical difficulties.
