Jacksonville Fire Rescue crews responded to an apartment fire in the Riverside area around 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
Crews are working a detached apartment fire in the 3200 block of park street.

According to JFRD, one person was injured in the fire and transported to a local hospital.
One person is being transported to the hospital with injuries from this fire.

Firefighters were able to quickly to put the fire out.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
Command has called this under control and requested the Fire Marshal.
