JSO investigating Bank of America robbery in Fort Caroline neighborhood

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a robbery at the Bank of America at 2709 Monument Road.

Police described the suspect as a black male about 6 feet tall and wearing a dark skull cap with a dark blue hoodie and glasses.

The suspect approached the teller with a note demanding money, according to JSO.

The teller complied and the suspect ran away.

JSO said no weapon was displayed and no one was hurt.
