The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 4-month-old and her mother who were both reported missing Friday evening following a welfare check at a Northside home.
The infant, Yisreal Joy Toler, is believed to be traveling with her mother Evelyne Franzua in a 2011 silver Nissan Altima with tag number ‘NNW Z24′.
The child has been identified as:
BABY: Yisrael Joy Toler
Age: 4-months
Race/Sex: Black/Female
Height/Weight: 1′6″/15 lbs.
Eyes/Hair: Brown/Black
MOTHER: Evelyne Idella Franzua
Age: 30
Race/Sex: Black/Female
Height/Weight: 5′5″/160 lbs.
Eyes/Hair: Brown/Black
