Amanda Bennett described for me the last time she heard from her brother John Taylor.
“I had called him, he said ‘I’m returning your call give me a call when you can, love you,’ that was it,” said Bennett.
She says Taylor is a father of two young kids, and it’s unlikely he would just leave without telling anyone.
“I’m very worried, he doesn’t not contact anybody I’m scared he’s going to end up dead somewhere,” she said.
Bennett says her brother has a heart condition and without medication, could black out.
She says he doesn’t have a car and his bike was left at home, along with his cell charger. She says his bank account hasn’t been touched.
“We talked to his debit card company it hasn’t been used since Thursday afternoon nothing, his cellphone goes straight to voicemail,” said Bennett.
Bennett is hoping the use of social media will help bring her brother home.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday night that they are also searching for Taylor.
