The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released a statement regarding a possible abduction near the 13400 block of Gran Bay Parkway.
Witnesses told police a petite woman of Hispanic descent who appeared to be in her 20s was forced into an older model gray Hyundai SUV by a male.
According to police, the woman was wearing a white shirt and black pants.
The male is also believed to be of Hispanic descent and in his 20s, witnesses told police.
Witnesses said the man was wearing a dark shirt and khaki shorts and appeared to be around 5 feet 6 inches tall and 180 pounds.
JSO said they are working to make sure the woman is safe and are asking anyone who may have seen this vehicle in the area at the time or who may know the identities of the individuals to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office immediately at 904-630-0500.
