An area of low pressure over the Caribbean Sea is expected to move north during the next few days.
The First Alert Weather Team is monitoring the low pressure system over the southwestern Caribbean Sea.

It is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
Some gradual development of this system is possible late this week and this weekend.
The area of low pressure is expected to drift generally northward during the next several days.
