A man has bonded out of jail after being arrested for a deadly DUI crash that killed two young women in Camden County.

Russell Morgan was arrested Friday, nearly a month after the two Georgia women were killed on Highway 40. A third woman survived and is still recovering.

“Our angels are gone. We never saw them again," said Tina Lynch, victim’s aunt.

Nikoya Jackson, 24, Jaqhayla Houston and Breonna Milton, 21 were inseparable.

"It's just like yesterday, keep looking at videos, pictures, they were angels," said Lynch.

Jackson and Houston died together on March 4. Milton survived, but has a long road ahead.

"She’s healing, day by day with the grace of God," Lynch said.

Tuesday will be one month since the two young women were killed along Highway 40. The family told Action News Jax the three best friends were on their way to get their nails done.

“We never saw them again," she said.

The man accused of getting behind the wheel drunk and killing the two young women is Russell Morgan, 50. He was arrested Friday, but was given a $210,000 bond.

"We can't understand how the judge would give this man such a low bail to get out, we want justice, point blank," says Pam Williams, a family friend.

The victims’ families are frustrated and heartbroken.

“He made the choice to get behind the wheel and drinking," Lynch said.

"We didn't even get to say goodbye to them," Williams said.

They are hoping and praying there will be justice for their three angels.

Action News Jax looked up Morgan’s criminal background and found out he has been arrested before for DUI in the state of Georgia.
