Mandarin Oaks Elementary Read-a-Thon

Jacksonville, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department helped Mandarin Oaks Elementary kick off its Read-a-Thon fundraiser.

Chief Keith Powers was a guest reader at the school this week.

The Read-a-Thon supports the school and its students’ personal reading development goals.
