The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a missing child alert for a Jacksonville girl.

Addison Terry, 11, has been missing since Wednesday. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said she walked off from the Youth Crisis Center on Parental Home Road. '
She was last seen in the area of the 6000 block of Patania Way, according to FDLE.

Terry was last seen wearing a white tank-top and black shorts. She may be in the company of a Jacksonville teenager, Jade Seidel, 16, and may be traveling to the Clay County area.
