UNITED STATES — UPDATE 11/17/2019 AT 3:38 A.M.: Payment processing has been restored and is fully complete, according to Navy Federal.
Navy Federal Credit Union tweeted that it's experiencing a problem processing payments, leaving many customers without a way to pay their bills Saturday night.
Twitter followers vented their frustrations in the comment section. Some complained about not having a way to pay restaurant bills after eating their meals. Others were angry about the lack of communication to customers, saying that Navy Federal only alerted customers of the outage via Twitter, not the bank's app.
