This is Gloria Sirmans' first year living at the complex.
"That is ridiculous that our trash has to be like that," Sirmans explained.
Action News Jax investigates told you Wednesday when the city said the complex didn't pay the trash bill.
"It shouldn't be a U-Haul picking it up. It's supposed to be a dump truck," added Sirmans.
Action News Jax found out Advanced Disposal has not collected trash from the complex in over a month.

When Action News Jax investigator Jamarlo Phillips went to the complex Thursday the property manager told us garbage trucks were on the way.
"Advanced Disposal is on their way out here. Can you tell us who is moving the trash? My staff. So, the trash is being moved onto the U-Haul. Where is it going next? Dump," said the property manager.
It's something Sirmans is still not happy about.
"It wasn't like that when we first moved in," she explained.
Some neighbors said they're just happy they're finally getting some relief.
