Neighbors celebrate their time to ‘Come Together’ for a festival of music and food

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The Come Together Music and Food Festival is planned for Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Ndani Village 3118 Edgewood Avenue, West in Jacksonville.

Katz Downstairz will headline the music portion of the festival with their blend of Hip Hop, Jazz and New Soul.

Free booth space may also be reserved for the event for small business, non-profits, arts and crafts vendors, gifts and accessories sellers, and the following food vendors:

Good food 247 truck, ET’s Snack Shack, Honey Dripper and Manifest Distilling.

The festival will be free and open to the public. Cost to attendees will be limited to purchases made at food trucks or other vendors. Sponsorships and donations will benefit The Empowered Kitchen which actively provides training and mentorship for women in all aspects of culinary skills and business knowledge needed to succeed and thrive in a food business. The Empowered Kitchen programs are offered free of charge to the women who participate.

Festival planners expect neighborhood community leaders, business owners and first responders to be in attendance.

Corporate and business sponsors receive booth space, listing in all event promotional materials, and access to the event VIP area featuring special food and beverage options.
