“That’s horrible,” said Mariadanna Davis, a neighbor. “That’s deplorable that someone would do that. Even to step out for a second, that’s crazy.”

According to the report, a neighbor flagged down a deputy after finding the child outside. The report states the child was crying, saying he had been left alone by Leblanc.

Deputies say she returned to the scene, nearly striking the deputy’s cruiser.

According to the report, Leblanc told deputies she had “…three orange juice champagnes…” and “…they affect me more than other people…”

She was arrested after declining a field sobriety test.

While driving Leblanc to jail, deputies say she kicked the doors of the cruiser, yelled profanities at the deputy, and even tried seducing the deputy, saying “…Just say yes, and take me home, baby…”

According to deputies, Leblanc hass been arrested and convicted of DUI twice before in Broward County.
