Police: Man who exposed himself several times in Nassau County arrested

NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — UPDATE 11/17: A Nassau County man who went to jail Wednesday for exposing himself was arrested again Sunday for the same crime.

Gregory Osgood was booked into the Nassau County Jail Sunday morning on charges of exposing sex organs. his bond was set at $7,502.

A man is behind bars tonight accused of assaulting his child's mother in Nassau County.

However, Action News Jax learned he's faced previous charges of  exposing himself around town even near a local middle school.

The police report said 31-year-old Gregory Osgood exposed himself to a woman who was pumping her gas. The woman told deputies once she was done Osgood hopped out of his car with his private parts exposed.

Women in one Nassau County neighborhood were shocked to learn about the serial exposer.

"Very unsafe, because, I mean, there's a lot of kids around here and I have no idea who the gentleman is."

Since March 2018 there have been multiple reports of Osgood exposing or pleasuring himself in front of women in public places.

"It's definitely not something that I would want to happen to me."

It happened once in a Walmart parking lot, another time  in front of children at Fernandina Beach Middle School and most recently at a gas station in Nassau County, and many women in the area said they believe Osgood should stay behind bars.

"Especially nowadays the way things are with kids disappearing."

This time Osgood was arrested for domestic violence and accused of assaulting his child's mother "They should be apprehended because that is not safe for anybody."

"He sounds like a creepy dude I hope someone can bring him in and he stops."

He has been released from jail, however women in the area are hoping something can be done to prevent Osgood from exposing himself again.
