Police searching for suspect in drive-by shooting

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police are responding to reports of an aggravated battery on Myrtle Avenue. near I-95 and Martin Luther King Parkway.

According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, there was a drive-by shooting around 1 p.m. at an old gas station.

A man was shot in the arms and head, and has non-life-threatening injuries.

Police believe 10-15 shots were fired. Police are actively searching for a shooter and believe that a handgun was used.
