Puppies found in Palatka storm drain need foster homes

Three puppies found in a Putnam County storm drain need foster homes, rescue group Pit Sisters said Thursday.

The dogs were found in Palatka.

The dogs can be adopted once they are properly vetted, which includes spaying and neutering, the group said.
