Camera captures bullying incident at Interlachen High School

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — An Interlachen High School student was seen punching another student on camera at school in a video that surfaced online.

WHAT WE KNOW:

• The student seen punching the other student was NOT criminally charged.
• The Putnam County School district said this student faces a civil citation – not like a traffic ticket.
• The school says it’s a program that is completed over several months that includes mentor, counseling, community and family services.
