PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — A man is dead after a standoff at a Putnam County home on Thursday.

Putnam County deputies were serving an arrest warrant for child pornography on Payne Road in Satsuma when a gunshot was heard inside a home.
Deputies had surrounded the home for hours, using drones and robots to determine if it was safe to enter the home, before they found the man dead inside.
Deputies believe the man, later identified as 49-year-old Gordon Popp, shot himself.
