A Nease High School student stole a $100 bill that the victim had in his hand while waiting at a bus stop, a St. Johns County Sheriff's Office report said.
Danny Bashy, 19, was charged with robbery, a third-degree felony.
According to deputies, the victim was holding a $100 bill in their hand while explaining to a classmate that they had earned the money while working for his grandfather.

Bashy was talking to the victim when he suddenly grabbed the $100 and ran onto a nearby school bus, the report said.
The victim's mother, when contacted, said she wanted to pursue charges.
Jail records show that Bashy posted $1,000 bail after spending the night in jail.
