SJSO said the man did not have an identification card and the store clerk at Circle K refused to sell him alcohol without it.
The man is seen in surveillance video kicking a wet floor sign which, deputies said, shattered the store's glass door.
If you are able to identify the man, you are asked to email Deputy Almaguer balmaguer@sjso.org.
If you are going to buy beer, ALWAYS bring your ID. This guy didn't have his & he was not happy when Circle K refused to sell him alcohol without one. He kicked a "wet floor" sign & it shattered the glass door.
