ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office reported that Oscar Patrick Novo, 26, has been arrested and charged with murder resulting from the distribution of a controlled substance. This comes after the overdose death of Parker Clarkson, 27, from fentanyl on Feb. 20, 2018, SJSO says.
An autopsy had confirmed that Clarkson died from fentanyl toxicity.
