Authorities investigating threat to Bartram Trail High School written on bathroom stall at school

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Law enforcement is investigating after a possible threat to Bartram Trail High School was written on a restroom stall at the school.

According to a message sent to parents, there will be an increased law enforcement presence at the school next week.

Here is the text of the full message that was sent to parents:

“Good afternoon, Along with law enforcement, we have thoroughly investigated a possible threat to the school written on a restroom stall. We will continue to monitor this situation. As a precautionary measure, we will have an increased law enforcement presence at school next week. Please feel free to reach out if you have any helpful information. Thank you, BTHS Admin”
