‘Turtletown USA’ cleanup happening this Saturday at St. Johns County beaches

20th Annual Turtletown USA

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Volunteers can help clean St. Johns County beaches this Saturday before sea turtle nesting season begins.

The 20th Annual Turtletown USA is happening from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the following locations:

  • Mickler’s Landing – CR 203, Ponte Vedra Beach
  • GTM NERR South Beach – 2200 S. Ponte Vedra Blvd, St. Augustine
  • Vilano Beach – Vilano Road, St. Augustine
  • Crescent Beach – Cubbedge Road, St. Augustine
  • Fort Matanzas Beach, Fort Matanzas Beach Ramp Road, St. Augustine

St. Johns County Government said supplies for the cleanup will be provided, but participants are asked to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, and a reusable water bottle.
