Support Jacksonville's military at the USO Armed Forces Half Marathon and Freedom 5K

You can honor our servicemen and women at the USO Armed Forces Half Marathon & Freedom 5K. Thousands will race to raise money for our military service members on Oct. 12 in Metropolitan Park.

Action News Jax anchor Letisha Bereola and News 104.5 WOKV will be at the event!

Both the half-marathon and 5K will start at 7:00 am on Bay Street, by the entrance to Metropolitan Park. Both races will finish in front of the Jacksonville Fire Museum.

Afterward, stay for the post-race celebration. Runners will be treated to free massages, free beer, food, and other refreshments.

The event raises money for our local Jacksonville USO chapter. The funds will help local veterans and deployed soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines. All active duty, reserves, and National Guard members will receive free registration.
