Action Sports Jax anchor Dan Hicken emceed the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Celebrity Golf Classic Gala Sunday night and caught up with Coughlin, president of the jay fund and executive vice president of football operations for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
"We try to be there when people need us most. Keep them in their homes, keep them stable and that's what the Jay Fund is all about." said Coughlin. "In reality, this is life and death for these families, and they need to know that someone cares and that someone is there to help them right now."
The event raises money for local children battling childhood cancer. The fund's mission is to be there for families facing the unthinkable. All of the money raised in Jacksonville stays right here.
Action News Jax is proud to be the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund's exclusive media partner in Jacksonville.
