Wanted man thought to be in Jacksonville turns self in

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- — A man suspected in the deaths of three people in a fire in Orange County is in custody Thursday.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office issued an arrest warrant for LaRunne Richardson for three counts of first-degree murder in a fire in March at the Misty Oaks Apartments in the Pine Hills area of Orlando.

Richardson turned himself in to the Orange County Sheriff's Office late Wednesday evening. He was thought to be in Jacksonville because he has ties to the area.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office tweeted that "JAX family of LaRunne Richardson tell OCSO homicide detectives they will turn him in, but have yet to do so."

Carllans Fils-Aime, 29, Jacque Gustave, 8, and Samuel Gustave, 6, died in the fire.

Richardson is in jail without bail and is scheduled to have his first appearance in court Thursday.
