SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies have released video of a wanted man running across I-4 near Orlando to evade police after a minor crash Tuesday.

According to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office, the man, identified as Randolph Moses, 28, was involved in a minor crash in Sanford, Florida.
When police arrive, Moses is seen running into afternoon I-4 traffic.

A deputy caught up with Moses and arrested him in a muddy ditch with help from an Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission officer.
Authorities say Moses is wanted on a parole violation out of Duval County.
