WATCH: Powerful winds strip sand off Jacksonville Beach during Hurricane Dorian

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — Powerful winds from Hurricane Dorian were seen stripping the sand off of Jacksonville Beach Wednesday morning.

People were walking the beach, despite a mandatory curfew in place until 6 a.m.
