Woman killed in head-on collision in Baker County

Baker County — The Florida Highway Patrol says a Macclenny woman is dead after two pickup trucks crashed head-on in Baker County.

At approximately 7:30 a.m. Saturday, troopers say a 21-year-old male driver from Glen. St. Mary was driving southbound on County Road 125, south of Bob Burnsed Road, when he swerved into the northbound lane, colliding head-on with a pickup truck.

Troopers say the 21-year-old suffered serious injuries and the driver of the other pickup truck, a 47-year-old woman from Macclenny, was killed.
