Military family seeks help finding missing dog in Jacksonville

An woman is seeking help finding the beloved family dog that hopped a fence and disappeared.

Elizabeth Arredondo, a Jacksonville native, tells the story: My family was on vacation when those horrible storms rolled through. My dog (Daisy) was with my father-in-law who was dog-sitting. He let her out to use the restroom and then she got out of the yard.

"We are back (In Jacksonville) and have been searching since we got back. She has still not been found. We are a military family stationed in Alabama. We are set to leave soon and we can’t imagine leaving without our sweet girl. We have three children who are absolutely heartbroken.

"She was last seen by 118th st and Ricker on the west side of Jacksonville. Please help us take our girl home with us!"
