Update: According to Lake City Police Department, Alvin Riggins has been located.

According to the Lake City Police Department, Alvin Riggins is missing from Lake City.

The man was last seen Jan. 31 at 729 SE Monroe Street.

According to the description, Riggins is 34 years old, black, 6'4" and about 200 pounds.
