One person is dead after a fatal accident at Lem Turner Road and Lake Forest Boulevard late Friday night.
Police were called to the site of the two car crash at 10:35p.m.
The investigation revealed that a white car attempted to make a left-hand turn in front of an SUV traveling south on Lake Forest Boulevard.
The front passenger of the white car was transported to UF Health with life threatening injuries and hospital personnel later reported that the passenger had died.
The driver of the white car as well as the driver of the SUV were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Traffic homicide will determine if any charges will be filed.
