Report: Naked woman in threesome attempted to bite off man's genitals

A South Carolina law enforcement official called a body cam video "something you would see off of a horror movie" after a woman reportedly trying to bite off a man's penis during sexual activity with two men.

"Honestly, it's one of the most disturbing videos, body cam videos, I have seen in my career," Hanahan (S.C.) police chief Dennis Turner told CBS station WCSC in Charleston. 

The woman was high on meth and heroin, the report said, and deputies had to use Narcan to revive her before she was taken to a hospital.

Deputies responded to an apartment near Charleston after one of the men involved in the threesome called 911, the report said. A naked, bleeding woman came at deputies on all fours when they arrived, WCSC reported.

No charged have been filed.
