HOUSTON — Seven people have been charged with first-degree money laundering after Houston police raided an illegal game room for the fourth time, KTRK reported.
Authorities told reporters the game room takes in between $60,000 and $100,000 daily.
"This is a game room that steals from people on fixed incomes. There's crime that happens in and around these places," Rosen told reporters. "We've had people use Lone Star cards that they've traded off to gamble."
The same game room was raided in February while a large number of people were gambling inside, KHOU reported.
