Walter White doppelganger wanted on meth-related probation violation, police say

Illinois police department searching for Walter White lookalike

GALESBURG, Ill. — No, that isn't Walter White, but he sure looks like the fictional, meth-making protagonist of "Breaking Bad."

According to KWQC-TV, a Facebook post featuring the mugshot of Todd W. Barrick Jr., 50, is going viral after several commenters noticed his resemblance to actor Bryan Cranston's character in the Emmy Award-winning TV series.

Police in Galesburg, Illinois, shared Barrick's photo last week, saying they were trying to track him down after he violated his probation, which stemmed from a meth-related charge, KWQC reported.

Followers quickly replied with memes and references to the show.

"Have you tried Albuquerque?" a commenter quipped. "Perhaps at Los Pollos Hermanos."

When another user asked police what kind of vehicle Barrick was driving, one man replied, "Usually a fern-green Pontiac Aztek, sometimes a Winnebago."

Barrick remained on the run Monday, KWQC reported.
