Su Hyon Dillon, 44, was charged Wednesday in Pierce County with four counts of first-degree rape of a child. She pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released from the Pierce County Jail without bail.

Investigators said Dillon had sex with the boy between May 20, 2014, and May 19, 2015.

The investigation began April 5, when police received a call from the victim's mother.

According to probable cause documents, the mother reported that her son, who was on the lacrosse team, had been having sex with Dillon since he was 11 years old.

The mother reported that her son had been acting out the last couple of years, and she had sent him to live with his father in Virginia.

While in Virginia, the boy showed signs of improvement and according to court documents, during counseling, the boy disclosed having sex with Dillon.

According to probable cause documents, the boy told investigators that it started when she allegedly kissed him on the lips when he was 10 years old at her house, where he said he would spend time at her home, and that she was the mother of one of the team members.

Investigators said the boy reported he had sex with Dillon four times: twice at Dillon's home, once at his house and once during a lacrosse trip in San Diego.

“He said one time on a ride home (Dillon) pulled over and told him that what they were doing was a secret because she wanted their relationship to continue and become more serious,” and that “the first time they had sex he was spending the night at her house,” according to court documents.

On April 30, Dillon denied the allegations as she was interviewed by investigators and said she was not the "team mom," but would help out the team.

In court documents, investigators said Dillon at first told them the boy had initiated the relationship. “But an 11 year old cannot initiate sexual contact with a female adult,” Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman detective Ed Troyer said. “The female adult has all the culpability here.”

Dillon later admitted to having sex with the victim, court documents said. She said  she "was the adult and should have known better." She also admitted to "having problems in her marriage and that the victim made her feel good," court documents said.

According to probable cause documents, Dillon said she knew it was wrong and wanted to end the relationship. She also denied it happened with any other boys.

Investigators say because Dillon had access to other kids on the lacrosse team there is concern that there are other victims who have not come forward.

“So what we need to find out now is if there are other victims out there,” Troyer said.
