Rogers was left alone with her uncle for about an hour, and when witnesses returned, the man had been attacked, WKRG reported.

According to the police report, blood spatter was apparent throughout the house, and responding officers found the man bleeding profusely from cuts to his head, lips and chest.

Meanwhile, medical staff who treated the man for his injuries at an area hospital detected stab wounds and a brain bleed caused by the beating, WKRG reported.

Rogers, who was later located by police and arrested, is also facing additional child neglect charges after a young girl in her care was found alone, the police report stated.
