‘Harry Potter’ actor Tom Felton reassures fans after Ryder Cup collapse: ‘I’m on the mend’

Actor Tom Felton took to Instagram on Saturday to assure his fans that all is well after he was carted off a golf course Thursday following an unspecified “medical incident.”

Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the “Harry Potter” franchise, went so far as to sing his health update to his 10.9 million Instagram followers, People magazine reported.

“Hello everyone, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the lovely well wishes, as of recent,” Felton, 34, said in the post.

Felton was watching a practice round for the Ryder Cup golf competition at the Whistling Straits course in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, when he collapsed Thursday, WTMJ reported.

“Yeah, a bit of a scary episode, really, but on the mend. People have been taking really good care of me. So, thank you very much for anyone that has sent messages of get well soon, because I am on the mend, officially,” he added.

Felton then broke into song: “Don’t you worry, girl, Tom will be doing fine / So, don’t you worry, Tom will be doing fine.”

Felton was representing Europe in the Ryder Cup Celebrity Match, which is held the day before the U.S. and Europe begin the Ryder Cup, WTMJ reported. The exhibition pits U.S. and European teams consisting of sports and film stars against each other, the television station reported.
