The attorneys who will represent former President Donald Trump in his second impeachment trial, have submitted a 78-page brief to the Senate, detailing their planned defense.
Trump was impeached by the U.S. House last month on a charge of inciting an insurrection for his actions during the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
