ST. LOUIS — A Missouri zoo is seeking the public’s help to pick a name for its new baby penguin.
According to KSDK, the St. Louis Zoo said the new arrival hatched Dec. 11, marking the first southern rockhopper penguin birth there in 11 years.
But so far, the female chick has gone without a name.
“We need your help!” the zoo wrote in a social media post Wednesday. “Our bird keepers selected four potential names for the chick: Pebbles, Opal, Luna and Lumi.”
