WATCH: Sally Yates to testify Wednesday in Senate hearing about ‘Operation Crossfire Hurricane’

Sally Yates, the former acting attorney general at the start of President Donald Trump’s administration, will testify Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

According to Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, who is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, senators want to hear from Yates about an Oval Office meeting Jan. 5, 2017, where then-President Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey discussed incoming national security adviser, Michael Flynn, and the fact that he was the subject of surveillance under a United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrant — also known as FISA warrant.

Graham said in an interview with Fox News in July that he wants to ask Yates why Obama knew that Flynn was subject to surveillance under the FISA warrant in connection with the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. The investigation was called “Operation Crossfire Hurricane.”

Flynn was charged with lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia. He pleaded guilty to the charges, but the Justice Department announced earlier this year that it was dropping the case against Flynn.

Graham said he “absolutely” will call former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to testify about the origins of the probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

You can watch Yates’ live testimony below beginning at 10 a.m. ET.
