Vigil Tuesday for one year anniversary of Ahmaud Arbery death

Brunswick, GA. — The 2:23 Foundation will host a walk and vigil in memory of Ahmaud Arbery, who was shot and killed one year ago on February 23, 2020.

It will start at 5:30 p.m. in the Satilla Shores neighborhood in Brunswick, Georgia. Masks are required.

Candles will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

The walk will start at the entrance to the neighborhood on Satilla Drive.

The group will then go to Burford. Lastly, they will circle back to the intersection of Holmes and Satilla Dr. This is where Arbery died. They will host the candlelit vigil there. The Glynn County Police Department will be there helping with parking.
