Jumbo Shrimp celebrates opening baseball season with 2nd annual virtual coloring contest

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jumbo Shrimp are back, and so is the virtual coloring contest!

Last year the team hosted the first-ever virtual coloring contest as an at-home activity, and it was a home run. Hundreds of families participated.

This year, it’s even bigger. The team is celebrating the opening of the baseball season and are ramping up the prizes.

The Shrimp teamed up with 121 Financial and are offering cash prizes!

The contest is free to enter.

Contestants can click here to download and print the coloring sheet of Jumbo Shrimp mascot “Scampi.”

The masterpiece must be submitted by May 3.

Winners will be announced on opening day May 4.

There are four cash prizes up for grabs: $250 for first place; $100 for second place; $50 for third; and $100 for “People’s Choice” (most online votes).
